The scope of the tender is to provide lump sum pricing for the construction of two amenity buildings and supporting civil and utility connection works in Connell Park, Bellingen.
Construction is anticipated to commence in early 2025 and completed December 2025
Background information / Compatibility requirements
Bellingen Shire Council (BSC) have developed the Connell Park Masterplan for the development of Connell Park Sports Precinct. Connell Park is the largest sporting grounds within the Bellingen Shire and is utilised by a wide range of sporting groups.
The Connell Park Precinct project includes the construction of new Amenity Buildings, Pool Facility Upgrades, Playground upgrades, Netball Courts, Pedestrian Bridges, Field and surface works and lighting installation.
