Tender Description
The purpose of this procurement is to engage a professional services supplier to develop and deliver the Embedding and Innovating Intentional Teaching in Kindergarten and Pre-Prep Settings for early childhood teaching teams and highly experienced teachers (the Program). The program will target experienced teachers and educators working in funded kindergarten programs.
The program aims to deepen the development of research being used in reflective practice and support a shared basis for professional dialogue between early childhood educators and teachers within a service.
The department is currently developing an Introduction to Intentional Teaching professional learning package consisting of six (6) online self-paced modules to develop foundational intentional teaching knowledge and skills (Build stage). These introductory modules are to be leveraged as part of this Program and the content and evidence to be used across the package.
The contract will be for an initial contract term from February 2025 to June 2026, with two optional one-year extensions subject to budget availability, evidence of positive impacts, satisfactory engagement levels and supplier performance.
The Supplier will be required to develop and deliver three packages. The aim, target audience and learning activities for each Package is outlined in Table 1 with more detail provided in the Requirements Section.
