Wyndham City Council seeks tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the construction of residential footpaths, shared pathways and similar works in accordance with Council's standard drawings and specifications.

This is a Schedule of Rates Annual Supply Contract for 3 years plus 2 x 1 year extension options to be reviewed annually at the sole discretion of Council.

All submissions must be electronically submitted through the Wyndham City Council Supplier Portal no later than 12.00 Noon (AEDT) Wednesday 27 November 2024.

Late or emailed tenders will not be accepted. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
