Naracoorte Lucindale Council invites expressions of interest, from persons or organisations, for the lease of two (2) separate grazing blocks surrounding the Naracoorte North Parkland Pine Forest,

1. Approximately 26 Acres of grazing land surrounding the Naracoorte North Parklands Pine Forest on Gol Course Road (referred to as Lot Riddoch Highway Naracoorte as contained in Crown reference Vol 6118 Fol 368).

2. Approximately 26 Acres of grazing land ‘surrounding the Naracoorte North Parklands Pine Forest Playford Drive (referred to as Part Section Lot 13 Maclin Road Naracoorte 3s ‘contained in Crown reference Vol 618 Fol 368).

Both blocks include new stock-proof fencing, water troughs, and currently offering 3 good supplies of feed. 

Council invites interested parties to submit ‘an Expression of Interest via email to councii@nlc.sa.gov.au (Attn: Corporate Services). 

EOI must incorporate the following information:

+ Intention of use including type of animal stock numbers)

+ Price offered per acre

+ Proposed term (max. 5 years)
