Country SA PHN is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) from suitably qualified and experienced organisations. The successful applicant will develop, manage, deliver and evaluate innovative multi-disciplinary education and workforce professional development services for the Primary Health Care (PHC) workforce that provides services in country South Australia.

Education and workforce development activities will have a specific focus on the General Practice workforce, including General Practitioners (GPs) and the relevant multidisciplinary teams which support the delivery of care. Multidisciplinary teams may include GPs, nurses, allied health professionals, pharmacists and practice management, as well as aged care, Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations and community service providers where relevant.

The successful applicant will be required to develop a rolling twelve-month program of educational and workforce development activities in partnership with the nominated Country SA PHN representative for the period of the agreement. Services will be developed in response to feedback from the Country SA PHC workforce and will be delivered through a range of modalities.
