The City of Cockburn is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor for the supply, delivery, cataloguing and processing of local stock library items for the City of Cockburn Libraries. The successful Tenderer will be required to provide high-quality materials to meet the diverse needs of our community.

The Contractor is required to provide library items to all libraries within the City of Cockburn. Currently this includes Coolbellup Library, Spearwood Library and Success Library.

The proposed Contract shall be in force for a period of three (3) years from the date of award, with a review after twelve (12) months with a Principal instigated option to extend for a subsequent one (1) year period and up to an additional twelve (12) months after that, to a maximum of five (5) years.

It is the Principal's expectation that the Contract is expected to commence in December 2024.

All services shall be executed to the satisfaction of the Principal’s Representative in strict accordance with the Contract, the Specification and the Contracted Schedule of Rates, along with any work instruction issued by the Principal’s Representative.
