This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Commission is approaching the market with a request for quotation for a Workato Integrations Delivery Team and the provision of a Support Resource Pool.
The Commission has recently established its Digital Enterprise Integrations & Automations Team, comprising Automation AQ and Digital Delivery Team #1. This first delivery team is operating at capacity and is expected to remain at capacity until beyond 30-Jun-2025. A new, second Digital Delivery Team, comprising those seven roles shown below, is needed to build the integrations necessary to enable the Commission to operationalise its new Case Management System in Pega on or before 30-Jun-2025.

Digital Delivery Team #2 will operate independently from Digital Delivery Team #1 and will report directly to the Project Manager responsible for Pega integrations. Commission's Automation HQ will provide support needed for Digital Delivery Team #2, from team establishment, embedding best practices, maintaining alignment through active Product Ownership and providing integrations architecture design services.
As workload is expected to fluctuate over the period, we are also looking for a Support Resource Pool, whereby we may onboard specialist consultants at short notice to supplement both Automation HQ team and the Digital Delivery Teams.
Each seller may provider either or both (1) Digital Delivery Team #2 and (2) Support Resource Pool.
All resources must be Australian citizens and located within Australia. Those requiring access to Prod data must have baseline clearance.
Sellers must enter response pricing in 'RFQ Response Sheet for Pricing Only' worksheet.
