Metro North Hospital and Health Service (MNHHS) is seeking to engage an experienced external training provider to develop and facilitate the delivery of an Executive Leadership Program (ELP) tailored specifically to the unique demands of the Australian Public Health sector. Examples of ‘Executive’ roles may include, but is not limited to, profession leads, such as Directors of Nursing, Medical Directors, or Allied Health; Directors of strategic or non-clinical areas, such as Safety and Quality, Planning or Finance who identify as having the potential and aspiration to be successful in an Executive Director role within a 2–3-year period.

MNHHS intends to select a single provider for the provision of the MNHHS ELP for an initial contract period of 1 year with possibility of two (2), two (2) year extension options subject to satisfactory performance, business need and budget availability.
