Through this Request for Tender (RFT), the Melbourne Market Authority (MMA) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced service providers to provide Market Customer Services Personnel.

The Customer Service Personnel Provider is required to coordinate and work closely with the MMA's Customer Service manager to ensure the appropriate staff is resourced to meet the organisation's requirements and objectives.
