Tender Description
Pyrenees Shire Council is forming a three-year contract for a pre-qualification scheme of preferred professional
services for groups of similar type works. The contract will also include an option to extend by an additional two years.
An example category list of groups:
Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Survey, Project Management, Environmental,
Planning, Architectural Services, Building Surveying, Legal Services, Information Technology Services, Financial, Water
Testing. Additional categories can be included within the Professional Service scope.
Pyrenees Shire Council governs the operation of the Scheme. In applying for the preferred supplier’s panel.
Pyrenees Shire Council will maintain a register of preferred suppliers that have been accepted by Council after a tendering process.
The Preferred Supplier Panel allows for the efficient use of listed service providers to complete projects without going
out to tender or the provision of quotes.
This tender application form is in three parts, Part A, Part B and Part C. All applicants must fully complete each part, attaching any supporting documentation as necessary.
PART A requires organisational details and business information to be provided.
PART B is about the contract conditions.
PART C is about the specification for services in the categories listed.
PART D is the response schedule for the tender application.
