The invitation is calling for expressions of interest from experienced developers who can demonstrate their capability to complete high quality multi dwelling projects. The Expression of Interest (EOI) seeks submissions from developers who will have the opportunity to acquire and develop one or both sites.

Once submissions have been evaluated, any shortlisted developers will be invited to participate in a Request for Proposal (RfP) process. Preferred developer/s will enter agreements with VicTrack to develop the opportunities in 2025 and beyond.
