The THHS wishes to invite tenders from suitably qualified and experienced building or mechanical services contractors to facilitate the refurbishment works required for the Townsville University Hospital (TUH) HVAC Midlife Renewal Project: Contract Package 6 – Theatre Block under an AS2124-1992 construction contract.

Site Visit
A site visit will be held at 100 Angus Smith Drive, Townsville on 7 November 2024 11:00 AM. Location: TUH BEMS Office Prospective Tenderers must confirm attendance with the THHS Contact Officer by 3:00pm Wednesday 6 November 2024.
Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
