This Invitation to Offer (ITO) seeks to establish a creative services panel that will showcase the expertise of creative businesses, providing them with an opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development and innovation of the GRFB campaign in the first instance. As well as engaging a panel of creative professionals, TAFE Queensland aims to elevate its ability to deliver dynamic, impactful campaigns that resonate with a broad range of audiences, including small business owners and aspiring apprentices.
The scope includes but is not limited to services provided by the following.
• Photographers and videographers
• Graphic and Motion Designers
• Creative and Production Agencies
• Writers
• Producers and Sound Engineers
