This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation to suitably qualified suppliers to submit a Proposal for Hamilton City Council to award a contract to the successful bidder to supply and manage the below detailed Lone Worker Devices.

This RFP is a single-step procurement process.

Lone Working is one of Council’s identified critical risks and we are obligated under the Health & Safety at Work Act 2015 to ensure that we mitigate this risk for our employees who are exposed and assessed to be a lone worker and that we take all reasonably practicable steps in this regard.
