Tenders are invited from Suitably qualified contractors for: 

• Full Service Heavy Patching 2024 of State, Regional and Local Roads within in the Cowra Council area.

This is a Quality Assured, Schedule of Rates Contract.

Tenders are invited from suitably accredited Contractors with previous experience for the supply of Sealing and resealing services at various locations within the boundaries of Cowra Council for the period up to 30 June 2025. The contract will be started in December 2024. There will be options for two further extensions each for a year, offered to the current contractor pending satisfactory performance and delivery of the current program i.e. 1+1+1.

All Tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Code of Practice for the Construction Industry.

The Principal shall not be bound to accept the lowest or any tender.
