Tender Description
Meli Housing is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced partner organisation to collaborate with Meli Housing in the development of a preferred option for crisis and transitional accommodation for young people in Geelong.
This is expected to include identifying a preferred site, developing designs through a co-design process with young people, and producing a comprehensive proposal for Victorian Government and other relevant authorities' approval and funding. Should the proposal be successful, the selected organisation will play a crucial role in the management and delivery of the development through to handover to Meli Housing.
