Manningham council is seeking tenders for the construction of 295 metres of new pedestrian trail in Ruffey Lake Park, Templestowe. It will consist of 95 natural mudstone rock steps and concrete path sections with several seating nodes on a steep slope. The works require a skilled and experienced landscape construction contractor able to work in difficult terrain to produce a quality outcome that is in keeping with the aesthetics of Manningham's premier park.

A mandatory site visit has been arranged with the project manager. Please meet at Church Road (North) Car Park, Ruffey Lake Park, Templestowe. Please refer to Briefing/Inspection for details. 

The lowest or any quotation may not necessarily be accepted and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tenderer.
