Tender Description
The client is a not for profit organisation that provides homeless services in the Illawarra area. The client has been awarded a funding grant from the New South Wales State government to provide 12 independent living units for it's clients.
The Client has received a DA for the construction of 2 Commercial offices and 8 Residential Apartments on the Site. A section 4.55 modification has been approved to increase the residential units from 8 to 12.
The Client has completed the Construction Documentation and anticipates obtaining a Construction Certificate this calendar year.
The Client is seeking to invite no more than four experienced and registered Class 2 Residential Builders to complete a RFT process
