Pretender Mandatory Site Meeting / Inspection Monday 14th October 2024, 10am
Only submissions from Qualified, Licenced Contractors will be considered.
All works to be completed to meet Australian Standards.
The work will be awarded for the contract works on a Lump Sum Fixed Price Basis. The Works are to also include Residential Home Warranty Insurance.
Note: No Council Approval is required for these works to be carried out, however works are to be undertaken in accordance with the requirements/conditions issued in the Fire Safety Order and inspected by Council upon completion.
Scope of Works
1. Protection to be supplied and installed to all surfaces in common areas and Owners Lots
2. Supply and install all scaffolding, temporary fencing and barricading to gain access to complete all the required works to meet all WHS requirements.
3. Provide onsite amenities etc for onsite employees.
4. Remove all the existing defective "Vitra Core G2" Aluminium Composite external cladding to all previously cladded areas throughout the building including removing storing's and reinstalling all verandah roller blinds on completions of works.
5. Supply and install all new Non Combustible "Monument Coloured" Aluminium Composite "Mitsubishi Alpolic" Cladding to all previously cladded areas including all required flashings, cappings and jointing to make watertight as required.
Note: or Suitable similar product.
6. Clean and remove all debris created from all common areas and owners lots as required.
Note: All Tenders are to include a contingency amount of $15,000.00 to make any repairs if required to any metal sub straight.
