Cumberland City Council (“Council”) is inviting submissions from qualified and experienced commercial real estate agents (“Agency”).

This Tender pertains to the divestment of Council’s prime landholding known as the former McFarlane Street Carpark (the “Site”) located within the Merrylands Town Centre at 28-36 McFarlane Street, Merrylands NSW.

The objective of this Tender is for Council to engage a reputable and suitably qualified Agency that is capable of effectively marketing and selling the Site at an agreed fee, with the goal of achieving optimal return on investment for Council. The selected Agency will be expected to conduct an open market sale process calling for Expressions of Interest, and negotiating via private treaty. The Agency must ensure it maintains the highest standard of probity and governance throughout the process.

CONTRACT: Professional Services Agreement

TERM: up to a 12 Month term

Tender submissions for respondents who do not attend the mandatory pre-tender briefing / inspection will not be considered.
