Mornington Peninsula Shire invites consultants to tender for a landmark coastal adaptation project that will shape the region's resilience planning for 2100 and beyond.

This high-impact project, developing the "Our Coast Our Future" Coastal Strategy will position the Mornington Peninsula at the forefront of coastal adaptation and resilience. As the lead consultant, you'll implement progressive approaches to coastal hazard adaptation, working across 192km of diverse Victorian coastline to deliver solutions that will influence generations to come.

The scope encompasses delivering innovative coastal management solutions aligned with Stages 5, 6 and 7 of the Victoria's Resilient Coast Framework and Guidelines - Adapting for 2100+, developing best-practice coastal adaptation pathways, and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders including the Bunurong Land Council Aboriginal Corporation, coastal Crown land managers, the community and regulatory agencies.
