Tender Description
Council seeks and experienced contractor to perform demolition and construction of internal works at the Trangie Library. The project aims to create an accessible facility that meets current standards and included upgrades to the staff area and amenities.
The scope of this extension project is to extend the library by 43m² (at rear of the building) and includes:
1. Demolish the existing bathroom facilities.
2. Create a new storage area, and
3. Construct a new disabled toilet that will have both internal and external access, using the same construction materials (brick) at the current Library.
