The City of Canning is seeking to engage qualified and experienced Electrical Contractors for the provision of proactive and reactive maintenance works and scheduled servicing services.

The contract will contain two service and maintenance zoned areas (Areas include, but not limited to: Facilities, Buildings, parks and reserves) as outlined below and a separate Category specific to Street / Carpark Lighting, Parks Lighting and Sports Oval lighting for which respondents may choose to apply for one or for multiple categories:

a) Category Zone 1 Northern Suburbs Appendix 1

b) Category Zone 2 Southern Suburbs Appendix 2

c) Category 3 - Electrical Maintenance services for Street / Carpark lighting, Parks Lighting and Sports Oval lighting Citywide Appendix 3

The City reserves the right to award either a sole contract or multiple contracts for these services, based on the categories described, to ensure best value for money.
