The provision of a quality assured contract for the Carpark Upgrade works at Stud Park Reserve, Rowville and Knox Park Reserve, Knoxfield.

This contract includes the following parts:

• Part A – Stud Park Carpark;
• Part B – Knox Park Carpark.

Tenderers are requested to price this tender as set out in the schedules to allow Council to award the tender as one package.

Tenderers shall provide an indicative Works Program that adequately reflects their intentions to deliver this project as per Special Conditions of Contract Clause SC18. Tenderers should be aware that Part B is to be prioritised and followed by Part A works.
