The scope of work has the following deliverables:

• Undertake pre-employment screening checks on behalf of Council as per Council’s policy requirements for applicable positions.
• Undertake objective verification from source to validate requirements (e.g. relevant government authorities, national or international police agencies, education institutions).
• Deliver seamless and great experience for candidates and hiring managers in ensuring accurate and timely background screening.
• Leverage tech-enabled services for simplified client and candidate experiences, robust integrations, and fast turnaround times.
• Deliver full integration with Oracle HCM Onboarding configuration.
