Converting Charlotte Street, in front of the Richmond Library, into a pocket park. Scope of works include road discontinuation, dilapidation reports, removal of existing road surface, landscape works, modifications to services, new drainage, a new DDA car park area, paving. concrete slabs, bespoke furniture, new lighting and irrigation works.
