Tender Description
Sunshine Coast Council is seeking an experienced and qualified Contractor to undertake the Design and Construction of a Synthetic Soccer Field at the Honey Farm Road Sports Precinct.
The fields are to meet or exceed FIFA International Standard and be formally certified by independent third party certification.
All Civil and Structural elements of the field construction are to be RQEP certified (Form 15 and Form 16) and meet all relevant standards including the MRTS Standards.
The Tender documentation includes a Concept Design drawing set detailing the location of the Synthetic Fields.
An Information Session will be held on 12 November 2024 as set out in Schedule 2 of this Invitation to Tender.
The Contract shall be a fixed Lump Sum Contract for the supply of all materials, equipment and labour to carry out the design and construction of the Soccer Synthetic Field at 60 Honey Farm Road, Meridan Plains.
