Tenders are invited from suitably qualified construction companies for the reconstruction of 167 metres of Oak Street, Primrose Sands. The works associated with the project include (but are not limited to) excavation and removal of spoil, construction of new road pavement, application of two coat spray seal, construction of roadside drainage, and culvert works.

A pre-tender meeting is scheduled for 10:30am on Wednesday 13 November 2024. Attendance at this meeting is not mandatory.

Tenders must be clearly marked “Tender for C-25-T-003 Oak Street Reconstruction Primrose Sands” and may be deposited in the Tender Box at the Sorell Council Offices (47 Cole Street, Sorell) or received by mail prior to the closing date. Tenders will be accepted up until 2:00pm on Wednesday 27 November 2024. Neither the lowest nor any Tender will necessarily be accepted. Late Tender responses will not be considered.
