The City of Melville is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced consultant/s to deliver the Multidisciplined Professional Services for the Preparation of a Concept Design for the Eco Hub in Piney Lakes Reserve, Winthrop. The Services may be provided by a single consultant or alternatively by a principal consultant who engages and manages sub-consultants or by a number of consultants in partnership.
