The South Burnett Regional Council is searching for a suitably qualified contractor to renovate one bathroom located at Appin Street Units in Nanango. This unit is currently vacant and awaiting these renovations before re-tenanting. The works will include but are not limited to:
- Removal of all wall and flooring tiles;
- Replacement of existing shower, hand basin and toilet suite and replacing all with new.
