This project is a key deliverable for Austrade as part of the Trade Strategy.

The Seller will be required to assess the GGT project as per the guidelines set up in the DCA by the DTA.

Key stakeholders will be:

The scope is:

  • Work with the key stakeholders to produce the DCA every 6 months
  • Report the outcome of the DCA every 6 months to GGT SRO and Product board
  • Report the outcome of the DCA every 6 months to the DTA

The vendor is expected to deliver the following:

  • A DCA every six months to the SRO and Product Board in the suggested DTA format
  • A DCA every six months to the DTA in the suggested DTA format
  • Identify areas of improvement that will assist in the delivery of the product and project

Flag any observations, risks and recommendations early with the GGT team and SRO so remediation actions can be put in place.

On completion of the RFQ a presentation maybe requested on the approach and costings. Austrade's audience will include: Senior Responsible Officer, Head of Digital Products and Platforms, Product Manager, Deliver Manager, and two business people. This would be the minimum.
