Project goals
The Flood Property Assessment Program (FPAP) was an initiative of the NSW government to address residential property damage as a result of the severe flooding that affected specified local government areas in February and March 2022 and June and July 2022. The FPAP report provided information to eligible property owners regarding the post flood condition of their property and an assessment on returning the property to a pre-flood condition.
Scope
Given the flood events are now more than 2 years in the past, the numbers of applicants to the FPAP have decreased and property assessment reports are only produced if an owner registers and is found eligible. As such, the current requirement is for five (5) reports. There is no specific number of property assessment reports beyond the five (5) to be produced by the Consultant. Additional reports are not guaranteed under this contract and property assessment reports may be requested on an as-needs basis.
