Project goals

The proposed procurement activity is to develop the Widjabul Wia-bal Cultural Campground, located in Whian Whian State Conservation Area. The scope includes vegetation removal, civil engineered roads, drainage systems, site preparation, and the construction of culturally significant facilities such as meeting spaces and utility infrastructure.

Scope

This procurement includes the following goods and services as part of the construction works for the Widjabul Wia-bal Cultural Campground:

  1. Vegetation Removal: Clearing the site in a manner consistent with environmental regulations and cultural sensitivities within the Whian Whian State Conservation Area.
  2. Civil Engineered Roads: Construction of access roads to facilitate movement within the campground, designed to meet both environmental and safety standards.
  3. Drainage Systems: Installation of drainage infrastructure to ensure proper water management and minimize environmental impact on the surrounding conservation area.
  4. Site Preparation: Includes leveling, clearing, and grading the land for the construction of culturally significant facilities.
