This is a Professional Services tender for membership to the Hawke’s Bay Expressway Professional Services Panel being established to deliver the Hawke’s Bay Expressway RoNS2 project through packages of work.

The opportunity will comprise:

• Four categories to apply for: Primary, Secondary National, Secondary Local and Support Services.

• The project requires delivery of large-scale design and construction phase services packages, small-medium design and construction phase services packages, and client-side support.

• A regionally led and nationally supported approach to deliver an efficient and reliable connection between Napier and Hastings. The project will deliver improved resilience, capacity and safety to the network, and provide growth opportunities for the local supplier market.

• Working in a collaborative design environment consultants, contractors and the client.
