The City of Adelaide (CoA) is seeking quotes from Event Crewing Companies to work with us on East End Unleashed event (2025, 2026, and 2027)

The East End is Adelaide’s most popular precinct throughout the festival period. Thousands of people see it as the perfect opportunity to indulge in a culinary adventure while soaking up the vibes of the summer festival season. During the peak season, Rundle Street between East Terrace, and Frome Road, as well as Vardon Avenue and Ebenezer Place are closed to vehicle traffic to facilitate increased pedestrian numbers. Local traders extend their restaurants and bars onto the street creating a promenade atmosphere. Buskers are programmed every evening for entertainment contributing to the vibrant festive atmosphere. The activation is known as East End Unleashed (EEU) and is funded and managed by the City of Adelaide.

East End Unleashed will be held every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 21 February to 23 March 2025 (and Monday 10 March – Adelaide Cup long-weekend). Dates for future years will be determined to align with the Adelaide Fringe Festival.

The CoA requires crew each night to assist CoA staff with putting out road closure infrastructure, signage, liaising with security, local businesses, busking managers and traffic management staff.
