Sydney Metro requires an organisation to provide appropriately experienced resources to support the delivery of key infrastructure projects including commercial management of complex commercial structures, including Public Private Partnerships.

Scope

Highly experienced commercial resources with backgrounds in engineering, quantity surveying, law or other relevant disciplines are required to:

· Provide advice and support to the project leadership team on a >$5B Public Private Partnership on commercial matters.

· Provide guidance, leadership and mentoring to the commercial and delivery resources.

· Provide both strategic input and the “doing” of tasks including drafting letters, attending meetings as required, preparing reports and governance documents.
