The purpose of this request for tender is to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the repair of the South Newcastle Beach seawall, in accordance with the design methodology.

Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer. Tender lodgement information is provided in the tender document. Council is not bound to accept the lowest tender or any tender submitted.

All enquiries relating to the Tender must be directed to the nominated Project Officer, Laurent Martin, via e-mail lmartin@ncc.nsw.gov.au. Any verbal enquiries are to be confirmed in writing.

A non-mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held on Wednesday 13 November 2024 at 10am on Shortland Esplanade at the southern end of the seawall. Please register your interest in attending by e-mailing lmartin@ncc.nsw.gov.au before COB Tuesday 11 November 2024.
