The North Burnett Regional Council requires one or more suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake and deliver the reconstruction works of the floodway’s specified in the two geographic packages.

The project aims to restore road crossings affected by recent flooding, ensuring safe and resilient public access across the NBRC network.

The Contractor/s awarded the two packages shall comply with the AS 2124-1992 General Conditions of Contract, ensuring adherence to all requirements related to the workplace health and safety, environmental management, quality assurance and legislative compliance.
