Tender Description
The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for the provision of a job scheduling solution to enable scheduling, monitoring and alerting of payroll batch jobs, reports and interfaces for the Queensland Health SAP HR/Payroll system.
Depending on requirements these goods / services specifically include:
- Job Scheduling solution (either SaaS or On-Prem)
- Professional Services to implement the Job Scheduling solution
Queensland Health currently uses software which provides process and automated job scheduling and alerting capabilities which act as a central point of control for all automated jobs in the SAP HR/Payroll system. This function is critical in the delivery of the fortnightly pay run process. Mainstream support for Queensland Health's existing job scheduling solution will end soon.
Briefing
A briefing session will be held at Lvl 5, 41 O'Connell Terrace, Bowen Hills at 7 Nov, 2024 4:30 PM . The briefing session will be hosted via Microsoft Teams. Suppliers must register to attend this briefing by responding via email to the Customer Contact outlined in the ITO by 11.00am, (AEST, Brisbane, Qld time), 7 November 2024.
