This procurement relates to the delivery of a fully functional application to allow for the Treasury Managed Fund (TMF) declaration process.

Project goals

This procurement relates to the delivery of a fully functional application to allow for NSW Government Agencies to complete their legislative obligations. The Treasury Managed Fund (TMF) declaration process provides icare with the details of the assets and exposures that the TMF will be covering in any given financial year. To enable this, it is essential that icare is able to account for every possible exposure, so it can ensure the fund's financial capacity to provide sufficient protection. As part of this, NSW Government Agencies (under the TMF) need to participate in an annual declaration and contribution renewal process.

Scope

> We require discovery services to support capture of business requirements.

> Provide individual (granular) access with appropriate security and permission controls for all users.

> We require Design services to develop the required solution.

> We require Implementation services for the provision of the solution.

> We require ongoing management and technical support.

> We require ad-hoc services over the contract term to build additional functionality and capability as required from time to time.

> Application Vendor to provide system training, provide elevated support during declaration period.

> Ensure availability of the service (extra system resources if required) during declaration (peak) period.

> Ability to resolve system issues as they arise in a timely manner.
