ABOUT THE TENDER

Barr Smith South is located centrally on the North Terrace campus, predominantly with Hub Central and key centralised learning and teaching spaces and informal student spaces. The building is an important destination for students, staff, and visitors to the University, with student spaces recently undergoing a major refresh. There are several areas within Level 5 of the Barr Smith South [BSS] building which require attention, and as part of this project all teaching areas have been considered.
