The Shire of Augusta Margaret River are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the provision of design and construction works in relation to Alexandra Bridge finger jetty, swimming stairs, and log armouring.

The Shire of Augusta Margaret River (Shire) requires the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to perform the following works:

• Perform log armouring for erosion protection along a section of the bank
• Construct stairs and viewing platform
• Design a Finger Jetty and prepare cost estimates for construction
• Construction of the Finger Jetty

The above projects are to be quoted as separable portions.

All relevant permits are in place.

A mandatory tender briefing will be held on at 11.00am (AWST) Tuesday, 12 November 2024. Respondents are required to advise their intention to attend the briefing by emailing sbreslin@amrshire.wa.gov.au by 4.00pm (AWST) Monday, 11 November 2024.

The Contractor must ensure that no damage occurs to the surrounding area. Any damaged incurred will be required to be addressed by the Contractor at their expense and to the requirements and satisfaction of the Principal.
