Expressions of interest are now open to represent Lake Macquarie City Council on the Lake Macquarie City Council Design Review Panel in the following fields:

•  Architecture
•  Landscape architecture and
•  Urban Design

The Design Review Panel (DRP) is a panel of expert and independent design professionals who review residential apartment developments and give advice to the Council on the design quality.

The role of the panel is to provide expert advice to proponents and Council, helping to ensure high-quality residential apartment developments in the city and supporting smooth and efficient assessment processes.

To apply, submit a maximum three-page expression of interest detailing your skills and experience to developmentmeetings@lakemac.nsw.gov.au.

All applications must be submitted by 5pm 27 December 2024.

The Panel will be appointed in February 2025 and commencing in March 2025.
