Tender Description

Whitsunday Regional Council (Principal) is seeking a suitably experienced, qualified and licenced building contractor (Contractor) to demolish two existing structures and, supply and installation for two new modular building structures, including all design, RPEQ and Building certification (the Works) across two sites. The Works include the following Separable Portions:

Separable Portion 1 - Queens Beach Holiday Park Manager's Residence and Office - 66 Golf Links Road, Bowen Qld 4805; and

Separable Portion 2 - Collinsville Waste Transfer Station Site Office Facilities and Wastewater Treatment Plant - 155 Scottsville Road, Collinsville Qld 4804.
