Tender Description
This procurement is related to the purchase of specialist property advisory services from a provider.
Transpower is working with our customers to connect new grid-scale electricity generation, and new electricity supply, to the national grid. This typically requires Transpower (or our customers) to construct new grid assets, such as transmission lines, substations/switchyards, communications facilities, access tracks and associated ancillary equipment.
Transpower is looking for a partner with a specialist property advisory provider to assist Transpower and its customers in ensuring the necessary property rights are completed in accordance with the agreed timelines, and prior to the grid connection assets being commissioned and put into service.
