Fremantle Park Sport and Community Centre (FPSCC), with support from the City of Fremantle, is inviting expressions of interest (EOI) from sporting clubs, community groups, not-for-profit organisations and/or commercial operators who are interested in utilising the facilities at FPSCC.

Our goal is to increase engagement and maximise the utilisation of this premier facility while maintaining existing member benefits and ensuring equitable access for all users. This EOI seeks proposals for uses of the FPSCC. General hire proposals may involve regular hire of the spaces from booking a court for sports, holding classes like yoga or dance, room hire for courses or meetings, or organising small community events. We are also seeking proposals that could include minor infrastructure adjustments or changes to operational processes, utilisation of portions of existing vacant land or modification of existing infrastructure to better meet the needs of users.

Application Process and Timeline

As part of your Expression of Interest you will need to submit the following:

• EOI application form relevant to your proposal

    o General Hire Application

   o New Proposals Application

• Proposal addressing evaluation criteria

• Applicable attachments, business plans etc

If applicants have any questions regarding the process or their proposal, FPSCC and the City of Fremantle encourage all interested applicants to discuss their proposals with the key contacts provided in this document prior to submitting.

Applications will be assessed by a panel of representatives from FPSCC and the City of Fremantle and will be advised of the outcome by written correspondence. Applications that propose infrastructure installation and upgrades may be subject to council approval. The EOI process is the first step in the application process, and applicants should be aware that if their EOI progresses to the next stage, further approvals may be required.
