Two galvanised iron / colorbond sheds are situated at 27 Britt Street in the Latham townsite. Originally utilised for parking of the St John Ambulance van and Latham Bushfire Brigade truck, the sheds are now vacant and surplus to Shire requirements.

In accordance with Council decision 241024.10, these two sheds are now offered for sale in their current condition with the Shire of Perenjori accepting no liability once purchased.

Removal of the sheds will be the responsibility of the purchaser and must be completed within 12 weeks of purchase, unless otherwise negotiated with the Shire. The anticipated timeframe for removal should be specified in the offer form.

Inspections can be arranged by appointment. Please contact the Shire Administration Office on 9973 0100 to arrange inspection.

Completed offer forms can be emailed to reception@perenjoriwa.gov.au or delivered to the Shire Administration Office, clearly identifying which shed/s you wish to bid for.

Following the closing date, offers will be presented to the next Ordinary Council Meeting for consideration by Council. Council reserves the right to accept or reject any offers it deems suitable.
