Tender Description
PURPOSE: Supply and Delivery of Stationery and Ancillary Items to participating Councils on an 'as required' basis for a period of 36 months from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2027 with a provision for a 12 month option.
INVITATION: Any person or company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement via the Electronic Tender Box before the deadline at 10.00am on 21 November 2024.
DOCUMENTS: Applicable tender documents can be downloaded via online forum, (see option below) until the submission close date free of charge.
Tenderers must ensure they follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method in the Invitation to Tender document.
Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer.
Tenderers are advised that participating councils are not bound to accept the lowest Tender or any Tender submitted.
