The City of Victor Harbor Council is seeking a construction contractor for the implementation of the Acraman Street and Carlyle Street corridor project. Following the completion of the design phase, which was guided by the Corridor Management Plan (CMP) developed by Tonkin, the Council is ready to advance to the construction stage.
