Ashburton District Council is seeking proposals for a Booking System to manage and support the different facilities owned by the Council. This includes but not limited to the halls, the library meeting rooms, and sports fields.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify a company with the experience and resources to effectively provide a centralised solution, answering the council's needs.

The submitter must be able to demonstrate active use of its solution, deliver ongoing solution support and prove on-going product development.
